- One-Time Sales: All pet product purchases (toys, apparel, accessories) are single transactions with no recurring subscription fees unless explicitly stated.
- Pricing & Accuracy: Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel orders with discrepancies.
- Billing Description: Transactions on your payment statement will appear as customize.sbs.

- Customized items (engraved collars, monogrammed beds) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Design proofs must be approved by the customer before production; we assume no liability for errors in approved designs.
All product designs, images, and branding are property of Customize LLC. Purchases are for personal use; commercial reproduction is prohibited.
Customize LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability per claim does not exceed the purchase price.
These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in Orange County courts.
