By purchasing from customize.sbs, you agree to these terms, which govern all transactions with Customize LLC. An order confirmation email serves as official acceptance of your purchase.

Billing Terms

  • One-Time Sales: All pet product purchases (toys, apparel, accessories) are single transactions with no recurring subscription fees unless explicitly stated.
  • Pricing & Accuracy: Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel orders with discrepancies.
  • Billing Description: Transactions on your payment statement will appear asĀ customize.sbs.

Checkout Requirements

Custom Products

  • Customized items (engraved collars, monogrammed beds) are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Design proofs must be approved by the customer before production; we assume no liability for errors in approved designs.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and branding are property of Customize LLC. Purchases are for personal use; commercial reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Customize LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability per claim does not exceed the purchase price.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in Orange County courts.
