- Standard orders: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Customized orders: 5–7 business days (includes design approval and production).
- A tracking number is emailed upon shipping.
- Orders over $100 require signature confirmation.
- We are not liable for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
- We ship within the U.S. (including AK, HI, PR).
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses accept Standard shipping only.
Shipping addresses cannot be modified after an order enters processing. Verify your address at checkout.
- Report lost packages within 5 days of estimated delivery.
- Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photos of packaging and product.
